I’m a long time activepub advocate so its nice to see other people starting the conversion to FOSS options, even just on social!

Hi. Thanks for the message. I’m loving ActivityPub and wish I had only found out about it sooner. It’s magical and everything I’ve wanted to do (post in one spot and syndicate to other platforms) because I am burnt out of using every single platform. WordPress + ActivityPub + Webmentions + Friends plugin to keep track of all my replies, reactions and followers is really a very powerful combo. Using them together gave my website a second wind because I had largely abandoned it for years for social media, but with the power of those four applications combined, my WordPress website now functions as my hub for all my social networking. They still need some work integrating smoothly into the Fediverse, but for the most part, they’re functional.

I do have a newsletter. You should see a “Subscribe” button on the top right of this website to enter your email. I write about a lot of things other than tech. Thanks again for the reply!
